Monique has been part of the Pet Doctors Waikato team since 2012. She graduated from Massey University in 2006 and has worked as a vet in Napier, Taranaki and the UK! Monique enjoys all aspects of veterinary practice, particularly dealing with pet owners and helping them understand their medical options and what would best suit their pet and their situation. She is a people person as well as an animal lover!
Yvette graduated from Massey University in 2014. She moved up to Hamilton and started her career in mixed dairy and small animal practice, but soon discovered that companion animals were her passion. She joined the Pet Doctors team in November 2016. In her spare time she loves to bake, especially bread, and spend time in the garden
Rebecca graduated from Massey University in 2008. She has been part of the Hamilton Pet Doctors team since November and is now based with us at Flagstaff as of July 2019. She previously worked with Pet Doctors in Auckland and moved to the Waikato with her family late last year.
Rebecca enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine and previously worked as the primary care vet for Guide Dogs and Customs Detector dogs. She has a passion for dentistry, surgery and medicine. Rebecca said “The Pet Doctors Flagstaff team is a lovely team to be working with and I'm really enjoying getting to know the clients and their beautiful pets.”
Rebecca loves the outdoors whether it is walking the dogs, going on a bush walk or playing at the park with the family.
Allysha is a Hamilton local and graduated from Wintec at the beginning of 2016 with a diploma in Veterinary Nursing. She soon after joined the Pet Doctors team in July 2016. She is very passionate about helping animals and enjoys seeing and getting to know all of Flagstaff’s clients and their pets that come through the doors.
Frankie is a very experienced nurse who has been with The Pet Doctors her entire nursing career of 20 plus years. This has included monitoring and nursing patients till discharge after orthopaedic, heart and thoracic surgeries.
Frankie enjoys caring for your pets and is 110% committed to ensuring they are comfortable. Always ready with a pat or a soothing cuddle. An empty food bowl in recovery post surgery still gives her the warm fuzzies!
A mother of two boys, a gorgeous husband (his words!), a very independent cat Bob, and an ageing black Labrador Jessie who Loves LOVES food. The two guinea pigs Pepper and Peanut are the final family members if you don’t count the goldfish!
Frankie enjoys getting out on the family boat fishing, swimming, snorkelling and diving. In her opinion, everything is better with chocolate
